To become a “qualifying household” applicants must meet the following requirements: An applicant whose household is composed of one or more persons, at least one of whom is 18 years of age and has a physical impairment which: An applicant whose Annual Income at the time of admission does not exceed the HUD established Very Low Income limit appropriate for the family size.
